Sales Coordinator

Overview

Sales Coordinator role in Mumbai involving shipment, invoicing, customer database/SAP maintenance, and handling customer claims. You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners like forwarders and customers.

What you'll do

• Work with clients on shipments and the flow of receivables and receipts of goods.
• Maintain customer database details, including customer master data and pricing/conditions in SAP.
• Load orders and support invoicing, picking/unpacking, and registration of shipping documents.
• Control accounts receivable and process returns, including write-offs register maintenance.
• Establish and maintain a price list and manage discounts for distributors.
• Receive customer complaints and ensure claim solutions with quick closure of the process.

What you'll need

• Have 2+ years’ experience in the same position.
• Have intermediate English knowledge.
• Be knowledgeable in SAP or ERP-based programs.
• Bring attentiveness and accuracy.
• Demonstrate client orientation and good communication skills.
• Show stress resistance and ability to work in a team.
