Sales Development - Canada

Overview

Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Canada, building the outbound engine for a new market in partnership with Canadian Account Executives.

What you'll do

• Build the outbound motion for Canada from scratch, including target account list, messaging, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Run account-based outbound into a concentrated list of Canada’s largest enterprises, multithreading across business units.
• Engage prospects via cold calling, email, and social outreach using AI agents for enrichment, sequencing, and signal monitoring.
• Generate pipeline from in-market presence through Canadian tech events, hackathons, and community moments to book meetings.
• Partner with Account Executives and sales leadership to report KPIs such as conversion rates, lead quality, and outreach effectiveness.

What you’ll need

• Prior outbound B2B sales experience with a track record of securing new business meetings.
• Comfort operating and iterating on AI-assisted workflows and automation tools such as Clay, Apollo, Outreach, or similar.
• Comfort being early, as this is the first SDR seat in a market built from scratch.
• Curiosity to ask insightful questions and develop solutions.
• English verbal and written communication skills; professional French strongly preferred for the Quebec market.
