Overview

As a Sales Development Representative, you will engage with users and prospects, identify business opportunities, and partner with Sales to build pipeline. The role combines inbound lead follow-up, proactive outreach, research, and discovery conversations.

What you'll do

• Build knowledge of Grafana technology, competitors, the open source ecosystem, and industry trends.
• Follow up on inbound leads.
• Conduct multi-channel outreach to target accounts using email, social, and phone.
• Research and prioritize prospects and customize outreach via email and LinkedIn.
• Use Salesforce and Grafana dashboards for lead and account management.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand user needs and goals.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to meet pipeline targets.
