Sales Enablement Learning Designer

Overview

Rimini Street is seeking a Sales Enablement Learning Designer based in Hyderabad, India, to turn business, capability and content needs into engaging, usable experiences for sellers and managers across a global field organization.

What you'll do

• Turn business, capability and content needs into intuitive, engaging and scalable seller and manager experiences.
• Design and build digital, virtual and blended enablement experiences, including interactive learning, microlearning, practice, reinforcement and performance support.
• Create role plays, simulations, scenarios and exercises that help people practice and apply what they learn.
• Shape engaging Highspot pages, hubs and digital experiences that make enablement easier to navigate and use.
• Use visual storytelling to make complex ideas clear and memorable across playbooks, job aids, presentations, guides and other seller-facing resources.
• Create and edit short-form video and multimedia such as expert insights, demonstrations, seller stories and explainers.
• Bring strong experience design to Sales School, Manager Academy, onboarding, Masterclasses, SKO and other major enablement moments.
• Create reusable templates, design patterns and experience standards that raise quality and improve speed across Revenue Enablement.
• Use feedback and engagement signals to continuously improve the experiences we create and apply AI where it can strengthen design, personalization or production.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of relevant Sales Enablement, enablement experience design, digital learning or related experience, ideally in a B2B environment.
• Demonstrated ability to turn complex ideas into practical, engaging experiences that drive application.
• Strong hands-on capability across digital experience design, visual storytelling and multimedia/video.
• Experience creating interactive learning, simulations, performance support or virtual enablement experiences.
• Strong collaboration, creativity and seller-centered judgment.
