Sales Engineer

Overview

Serve as a Sales Engineer and financial software domain expert supporting sales activities for investment management clients. Lead consultative presentations, technical consultations, product demonstrations, and solution design with Account Executives.

What you'll do

• Support Account Executives and prospects throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Present product capabilities and differentiators to customers and prospects.
• Load prospect data and design customized proof-of-concept demo environments.
• Coordinate product and technical resources for prospect meetings.
• Assist with RFPs, RFIs, Statements of Work, and budgetary estimates.
• Advise existing customers on technical matters, product roadmap options, and upsell opportunities.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of relevant experience in financial services.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Deep understanding of investment management.
• Knowledge of modern software architecture and database concepts.
• Familiarity with Data Lakehouse and API concepts.
• Ability to lead sophisticated projects and manage complex relationships.
• Ability to travel on short notice, 20% or more.

Details

• Location: New York, NY or remote in the USA.
• Base salary: $122,000–$153,000 USD yearly, plus bonus and equity.
