Sales Solutions Engineer

Overview

Sales Solutions Engineer supporting customers and internal teams with technical and functional expertise across Jumio's identity verification, KYC, AML, authentication, and risk management solutions.

What you'll do

• Consult prospective clients to understand use cases and recommend implementations.
• Lead customer-facing technical presentations.
• Complete solution presentations, RFPs, and RFIs.
• Lead pre-sales proofs of concept and cross-selling activities.
• Manage customer onboarding from kickoff through go-live.
• Deliver customised product demos across web, iOS, and Android.
• Collaborate with marketing, product management, and engineering teams.

What you'll need

• Professional experience in SaaS enterprise technical pre-sales, technical implementation management, or technical consulting.
• Experience working in complex environments.
• Strong customer-facing experience with enterprise customers.
• Strong presentation, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
• Technical knowledge of web or mobile programming and scripting languages.
• Knowledge of Unix, Linux, Windows, or Mac operating systems.
• Knowledge of iOS, Android, React-Native, or Cordova.
