Sales Executive

About the role

KnoWerX Education is hiring a Regional Sales Executive to drive business growth through direct customer engagement and relationship building. This is a female-only position offering a structured work schedule with no sales targets, allowing you to focus on building genuine client relationships and understanding customer needs.

What you'll do

• Identify and reach out to potential customers through calling, networking, and referrals to build a strong pipeline
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, tailoring solutions to their specific needs
• Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional service
• Track sales activities, maintain accurate records, and provide regular sales reports to management
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance customer experience and refine sales strategies
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to position our solutions effectively
• Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction

What we're looking for

• Female candidates only
• Fluent English speaker with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Fresher to 5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related fields
• Ability to work strict office hours: 10 AM – 6 PM Monday to Friday (Saturday work from home )
• Strong interpersonal and networking abilities with a genuine interest in understanding customer needs
• Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing a sales pipeline independently without pressure-driven targets

Nice to have

• Prior experience in education technology or B2B sales
• Familiarity with CRM tools or sales management software
• Experience in cold calling and lead conversion
