Sales Manager

Overview

Sales Manager responsible for building and scaling Flexport’s Air and Sea freight business across the India Subcontinent, closing net-new clients and leading the full sales cycle.

What you'll do

• Build and grow Air and Sea freight sales by closing net-new business in the India Subcontinent region.
• Manage the end-to-end sales funnel from prospecting to closing for high-potential accounts.
• Lead discovery sessions to diagnose supply chain challenges and craft value-driven solutions.
• Present tech-enabled freight advantages through digital and in-person presentations.
• Own and exceed individual quotas through a disciplined revenue approach.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline to achieve individual targets for profitable volume growth.

What you'll need

• At least 8 years of experience in a full-cycle, quota-carrying sales role (prospecting to closing).
• Experience within a freight forwarding or logistics domain is required.
• Enthusiasm for cold-calling prospects and leading discovery calls.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strategic vision plus “ground floor” execution capabilities.
