Sales Manager

Overview

Sales Manager to build and scale Flexport’s Air and Sea freight business in the India Subcontinent region. Owns the full sales cycle, leads discovery, closes net-new deals, and manages pipeline to exceed quotas.

What you'll do

• Build and grow Air and Sea freight sales in the India Subcontinent region by closing net-new business.
• Manage the sales funnel from initial prospecting through final closing for high-potential accounts.
• Lead discovery sessions to diagnose clients’ supply chain challenges and propose value-driven solutions.
• Deliver digital and in-person presentations to articulate tech-enabled advantages.
• Own and exceed individual quotas using a disciplined approach to revenue generation.
• Coordinate customer transitions with internal operations and specialized teams.

What you'll need

• At least 8 years of experience in full-cycle, quota-carrying sales.
• Freight forwarding or logistics domain experience is required.
• Experience with cold-calling prospects and leading discovery calls.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strategic vision plus “ground floor” execution capabilities.
• Client-service mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo.
