Enterprise Account Executive

Overview

Enterprise Account Executive focused on growing Zendesk’s Enterprise account base across North & East India.

What you'll do

• Drive top-line revenue growth by acquiring new Enterprise customers and penetrating top-tier accounts.
• Cross-sell additional products and services to existing customers to optimize account revenue and profitability.
• Manage and nurture key customer relationships to improve satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.
• Use data insights, customer intent, and adoption history to prospect new clients and improve retention strategies.
• Create quarterly territory plans with tactics to increase Enterprise market share.
• Lead complex, value-centric sales cycles including multi-month deals with proof of concept stages.
• Maintain an accurate sales forecast and qualified pipeline to exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.

What you'll need

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in cloud/software B2B sales or solution engineering.
• Proven record of exceeding sales targets, including quota achievement in 2 of the last 3 years.
• Experience navigating complex sales cycles and renewals with proof of concept stages.
• Experience selling to VP and C-level executives in Enterprise accounts.
• Ability to create and leverage territory and account plans.
• Familiarity with Sales tools including Salesforce, Outreach, Clari, Seismic, and Looker.

• Work requirement: physically located and plan to work from Karnataka or Maharashtra.
• Location listed: Remote, Dehli, India.
• Travel to customer locations is required.
• Hybrid work is described as enabling in-person time for part of the week and remote flexibility.
