Sales Rep / Territory Business Executive (Dermatology Specialty Sales)

What you'll do

• Create and execute a territory business plan aligned to brand strategy.
• Drive launch execution for new products by ensuring market readiness.
• Build relationships with KOLs and customers to support advocacy and generate demand.
• Lead multichannel customer engagement to maximize coverage and influence.
• Use evidence-led, value-based selling and support disease/patient pathway understanding.
• Optimize targeting and territory actions using data and prescription insights.
• Ensure timely reporting and uphold compliance and ethical standards.

What you'll need

• Science educational background required (B.Sc. or B. Pharma).
• Minimum 2 years in pharmaceutical sales, preferably specialty sales.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the Dermatology segment.
• Ability to translate clinical and product knowledge into value-based selling.
• Ability to drive prescription generation and achieve sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of disease management and treatment protocols.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
