Sales Specialist

Overview

Sales Specialist responsible for selling field instrumentation products, systems and services within a designated market or division, aligned with the division's strategy. Reports to the Sales Manager.

What you'll do

• Meet qualitative and quantitative sales targets, ensuring sustainable order growth, revenue generation, profitability, market share expansion and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
• Communicate with customers about delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB's offering and strategy.
• Ensure efficient marketing activities and communicate the value proposition to customers.
• Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
• Manage administrative procedures in sales processes and support cash collection and project management activities, when needed.

What you'll need

• Engineering degree in Instrumentation/Electronics.
• 5 years of experience in frontline sales of field instrumentation products.
• Highly skilled in frontline sales of field instrumentation, sales enablement, general sales practices and account management.
• Specialized skills in ABB's sales tools.
• Enhanced knowledge of Salesforce and other sales tools.
• Passion for sales and new business development.
• Ease in communicating in English.
