Sales Specialist – EPC/OEM

Overview

Drive EPC and OEM sales for Bently Nevada condition monitoring, machinery protection, and Cordant asset performance solutions across India. Build specifications, develop projects, and achieve order intake and growth targets.

What you'll do

• Develop relationships with EPCs, engineering consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Promote hardware, software, services, and asset performance solutions.
• Influence specifications during FEED, basic engineering, and detailed engineering stages.
• Identify opportunities in condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, RAM analysis, and digital transformation.
• Manage enterprise sales cycles and support tenders, proposals, bids, clarifications, and negotiations.
• Deliver technical presentations, workshops, seminars, and consultant engagement programs.
• Collaborate with product, services, engineering, tendering, and project teams.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, electronics engineering, or a related discipline.
• 6–8 years of experience in industrial or project sales.
• Experience handling EPCs and engineering consultants.
• Experience in condition monitoring, machinery protection, RAM studies, asset strategy, or related solutions.
• Strong enterprise sales, value-based selling, specification selling, and pipeline management skills.
• Record of achieving or exceeding order intake, revenue, and growth targets.
• Excellent English communication, presentation, commercial discussion, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Understanding of equipment criticality analysis, FMEA, RCM, RBM, and maintenance strategy optimisation.
