Sales Specialist, Prof Sales

Overview

Manages strategic key accounts and oversees lighting projects to drive profitable growth, customer satisfaction, and timely delivery.

What you'll do

• Manage assigned key accounts and remain accountable for all projects within those accounts.
• Deliver sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability objectives in the assigned territory.
• Build relationships with installers, contractors, specifiers, and stakeholders to influence product selection and secure specifications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
• Identify and pursue project opportunities from early design through execution and delivery.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, track project progress in CRM, and prepare detailed reports.
• Lead commercial discussions, negotiate contracts, and manage tender processes for strategic projects.

What you'll need

• Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Have minimum 5 years of experience in key account management or sales in the lighting or related project ecosystem.
• Work experience with specifiers, consultants, and contractors in a B2B environment (public and private sector).
• Hold relevant sales or project management certifications (essential).
