Sales Specialist Trade Retail East

Overview

Drive sales growth for consumer channels including traditional trade, modern retail, and e-commerce. The role focuses on sales execution, customer engagement, and in-market activation under a Sales Manager.

What you'll do

• Execute channel and customer sales plans across assigned territories or accounts.
• Deliver revenue, volume, distribution, and other assigned financial targets.
• Manage distributor, retailer, and store-personnel relationships.
• Conduct customer visits, collect orders, manage product mix, and support demand creation.
• Monitor stock availability, visibility, pricing, merchandising, and planogram compliance.
• Report competitor activity and market trends.
• Support trade marketing programs, promotions, product launches, and cross-functional execution.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of direct sales experience in consumer goods, electrical trade, or FMCG.
• Proven success achieving sales targets and managing distributor or retailer relationships.
• Experience implementing promotions and delivering outcomes.
• Experience managing merchandisers and daily merchandising-calendar implementation.
• Sales and trade marketing training or certifications.
• Willingness to travel frequently, especially to Manado-Gorontalo or Ternate-Ambon.
