Sales Trainee

Overview

Sales Trainee is a training role that prepares you to interview for Account Sales Manager (ASM) roles and, if criteria are met, stay in the role for a defined period.

What you'll do

• Learn the Red Bull brand, products, and Red Bull Distribution Company basics.
• Build and protect the brand through proper product rotation and in-store brand flow.
• Establish and maintain professional customer relationships to drive sales.
• Prepare daily using assigned tools (insights, displays, Point of Sale, pricing) and follow the daily plan.
• Communicate daily priorities with ASMs/DSMs and train with ASMs on route support.
• Meet daily KPIs across sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising.
• Support off-route execution with audits, blitzes, display building, and merchandising.

What you'll need

• Valid US Driver’s License.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical card.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English language ability; additional languages are an advantage.
