Overview
Contract sales training consultant to review and approve content for a set of 90-second microlearning videos teaching new B2B sellers practical behaviors.
What you'll do
- Approve the table of contents, checking that lessons cover what a new seller needs, in a build-on order, with nothing missing, repeated, or out of scope.
- Approve scenarios, checking that each scenario, dialogue, and piece of advice matches how real B2B selling works, or send it back with a clear reason.
- QC the final videos by scoring each against the quality rubric and flagging anything wrong or unrealistic before release.
- Give clear, specific feedback that the production team can act on without a follow-up call.
What you'll need
- Roughly 5 years (about 4 to 6 years) as a sales consultant or trainer.
- Before that, hands-on B2B selling in the field in a quota-carrying role, recent enough that you know how buyers and sales tools work today.
- Experience in judging sales training content or building it.
- A direct, honest style; willingness to tell us when something is wrong.
Nice to have
- Experience with microlearning or short-form video.
- Experience selling to or training entry-level reps.
Details
- Contract engagement; hours per week to be specified.
- Review happens in stages: table of contents first, then scenarios, then final videos.
- Role is to review and approve independently; no script writing.
- Application: send CV, a short note on sales and consulting background, and one example of sales content reviewed or improved.
