Overview
Salesforce AVP role in Bangalore focused on analyzing, developing, and delivering Salesforce solutions for CRM and regulated use cases in Asset Management.
What you'll do
- Analyze and develop solutions for Salesforce project deliverables.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams across the end-to-end software development lifecycle.
- Work with Business Analysts and Project Managers to understand functional requirements and set development expectations.
- Create technical solutions for a hybrid agile development environment.
- Develop and promote metadata components into Salesforce using an SDLC promotion path.
- Create new code components, support and maintain existing components, and support production implementations with bank-approved tools.
What you'll need
- 5–10 years of Salesforce configuration and development experience to a certified level.
- 5–10 years delivering Salesforce project components in the financial sector or similar heavily regulated industry (Asset Management/Banking preferred).
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related AppExchange packages APTTUS and GEOPOINTE.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM technologies including SOQL, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Apex, JavaScript, Java, JSON, and Flows.
- Experience with tools and deployments including IntelliJ, Bitbucket, Git, TeamCity, Force.com IDE, Eclipse, ANT Migration tool, Change Sets, Data loader, and Informatica ETL tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues during collaboration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for translating business problems into technical solutions.
