Salesforce Data Cloud Senior Associate at PwC, working with clients to analyze needs, implement Salesforce solutions, and enable seamless integration through training.

What you'll do

• Analyze client needs to implement Salesforce solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide training and support for seamless integration and use of Salesforce applications.
• Collaborate with clients to optimize business processes using Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Develop and maintain project architecture and budgeting for Salesforce implementations.
• Use Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Sales Cloud to drive client success.
• Manage technical projects and systems aligned to client objectives.
• Interpret data to inform insights and strategic recommendations.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.
• Preference for relevant fields of study including Computer and Information Science or Management Information Systems.
• Preference for Salesforce Certified Administrator (or additional role-relevant Salesforce certifications).
• Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Lightning.
• Skills in business process modeling and enterprise integration.
