Overview

Join IQVIA as a Salesforce Effectiveness Analyst supporting Commercial Analytics SFE projects in the healthcare and life sciences domain. Deliver analyses, documentation, presentations, and client deliverables under the guidance of senior consulting team members.

What you'll do

• Support Commercial Analytics SFE projects, including Segmentation, Targeting, Sizing, and Alignment.
• Assist in reviewing and analyzing client requirements to support proposal development and client-focused solutions.
• Contribute to detailed project documentation, technical specifications, and analytical frameworks.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify client issues and support solution development.
• Assist in designing and structuring presentations tailored to the target audience.
• Develop and present clear, structured client deliverables within established methodologies.
• Proactively develop foundational knowledge of consulting methodologies, analytics frameworks, and the life sciences marketplace.
• Work under the guidance of Senior Consultants, Engagement Managers, or Principals on assigned project responsibilities.
• Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams to achieve engagement objectives.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 1.5–3 years of consulting experience in analytics, life sciences, or healthcare domain.
• Strong exposure working on PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of business processes, market influences, and decision-making drivers.
• Proficiency in SQL as the primary requirement.
• Understanding of analytics concepts within SFE and healthcare/life sciences analytics.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective time-management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Knowledge of consulting tools, methodologies, and industry trends.

Nice to have

• Experience in Python or SAS.
• Experience with dashboarding/visualization tools.
• Experience in Patient Analytics.
