Salesforce Lead

Overview

Lead Salesforce technical operations within a managed services environment, supporting enterprise applications and integrations. Serve as the escalation point for production issues, platform health, technical leadership, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Lead technical escalations for Salesforce and boundary applications.
• Provide technical leadership across Salesforce clouds and related integrations.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams, vendors, and subject-matter experts.
• Assess the impact of releases, managed package updates, upgrades, and integration changes.
• Maintain application inventories, integration documentation, dependency maps, runbooks, and support knowledge bases.
• Advise stakeholders on incidents, risks, enhancements, dependencies, and platform health.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with technical leadership in enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, architecture, security, automation, and integrations.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, Apex, Flow, data models, and enterprise integration frameworks.
• Experience reviewing solution designs, architecture, production support issues, and technical implementation approaches.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement, or Data Cloud.
• Experience with Einstein AI or Agentforce.
• Experience with managed package implementations and upgrades.
• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer, or Administrator.
