Salesforce Manager, Quality Assurance & Consulting

Overview

Manage Quality Assurance and consulting for enterprise Salesforce and/or AWS delivery programs, leading end-to-end quality engineering and practice growth.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end Quality Engineering for enterprise Salesforce and/or AWS delivery programs.
• Define test strategy, test plans, quality gates, release readiness, and overall testing approach.
• Lead functional, API, integration, system, regression, performance, security, AI, and non-functional testing.
• Partner to embed quality across the software development lifecycle.
• Build automation frameworks and CI/CD quality gates; drive shift-left testing and DevOps-based quality practices.
• Lead Agile delivery activities including Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning.
• Build and scale the Quality Engineering practice through standardization, governance, and continuous improvement.

What you'll need

• 12+ years of experience in Quality Engineering.
• 4+ years leading high-performing engineering teams.
• Hands-on expertise across functional, automation, API, integration, performance, and security testing.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise Salesforce and/or AWS implementations in a consulting environment.
• Experience building automation frameworks and DevOps-enabled testing practices.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies with experience leading Scrum teams.
• Demonstrated success managing people and delivery operations including utilization, forecasting, staffing, and stakeholder communication.
