Salesforce QA Analyst

Overview

Salesforce QA Analyst responsible for ensuring quality and performance of Salesforce applications through testing, defect tracking, and collaboration in an Agile environment.

What you'll do

• Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts from functional requirements and user stories.
• Create and maintain test data for functional and integration testing.
• Execute UI, functional, and regression testing.
• Perform integration testing between Salesforce and third-party systems.
• Run API testing for external integrations using Postman or SoapUI.
• Identify, document, and track defects in Jira, then re-test fixed defects.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience testing all phases of QA for Salesforce implementation projects.
• Experience with manual testing using Agile Scrum methodology.
• Testing experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Familiarity validating screens and user interfaces in Sales Cloud and Commerce Cloud.
• Ability to plan, prepare, and execute functional, integration, and UAT with end-to-end scenarios.
• Effective communication for sharing testing knowledge and strategies.
