Overview

Senior Salesforce Support and Administration analyst focused on production support and Salesforce administration for enterprise environments.

What you'll do

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Salesforce applications with timely resolution.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues across integrations, data, automations, and user access.
• Analyze production incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Manage incidents, problems, service requests, and change requests according to SLAs.
• Coordinate impact analysis with development, QA, integration, and business teams.
• Perform Salesforce administration tasks including security, automation, reporting, and data management.
• Support releases, enhancements, patches, and configuration changes across environments.

What you'll need

• 5–8 years of Salesforce Administration and Production Support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and administration.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce security model (Profiles/Permission Sets, Roles and Sharing Rules).
• Hands-on experience with Flows/Automation and Reports/Dashboards.
• Experience with data management and validation/approval/change & release processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Basic understanding of SOQL, Apex, and Salesforce debugging (preferred).
