SAP BRIM Convergent Charging (CC) / Convergent Mediation (CM) Solution Architect

Overview

SAP BRIM Convergent Charging (CC) / Convergent Mediation (CM) Solution Architect for the Lead-to-Cash (L2C) program.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for SAP BRIM CC and CM within the L2C landscape.
• Translate subscription/consumption/entitlement requirements into CC charge plans, rating logic, pricing structures, and CM mediation flows.
• Design and govern integrations between CC/CM and systems including Convergent Invoicing, Subscription Order Management, FI-CA, CPQ/CRM, and upstream usage sources.
• Define the usage data model and mediation rules including mapping, enrichment, aggregation, duplicate detection, and error handling.
• Lead design reviews and architectural decision records, resolving cross-workstream design conflicts and securing sign-off.
• Size and tune the solution for throughput, latency, and scalability for high-volume usage processing.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of SAP delivery experience, including 5+ years hands-on with SAP BRIM/Hybris Billing as solution architect or lead design.
• At least two full-lifecycle implementations of SAP Convergent Charging and Convergent Mediation from design through go-live and HyperCare.
• Demonstrated experience architecting subscription/consumption/usage-based monetization for software, SaaS, or as-a-service offerings.
• Experience delivering through an offshore model in partnership with onshore business and IT stakeholders.
