Overview

SAP - CS - Senior Associate role in Technology Consulting, focused on SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions and client enablement.

What you'll do

• Analyze client requirements to implement SAP CRM solutions.
• Provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP CRM apps.
• Optimize customer relationship management processes to enhance satisfaction and meet objectives.
• Navigate complex situations and use critical thinking to generate new ideas from complex concepts.
• Interpret data to inform insights and recommendations for business applications.
• Uphold professional and technical standards in line with the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Proficiency/qualifications related to SAP customer-facing solutions (as detailed in “What Sets You Apart”).

Nice to have

• One or more SAP certifications in SAP Customer or S/4HANA customer-facing solutions (Sales, Service, Commerce, or Customer Data platforms) OR proficiency in SAP Cloud for Customer and SAP CRM.
• Analytical thinking for business process improvement.
• Experience excelling in customer relationship management and engagement.
