SAP Finance and Controlling Solution Architect

Overview

Design and govern SAP Finance solutions for global finance processes, transformation programs, and the strategic transition to SAP S/4HANA.

What you'll do

• Design end-to-end SAP Finance solutions aligned with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
• Lead the global finance template design across releases, projects, enhancements, and transformation programs.
• Govern solution quality, security, scalability, performance, and architectural compliance.
• Provide leadership and governance to internal and HCL functional experts.
• Approve solution readiness for deployment through design authority processes.
• Provide expert Level 3 support for live-country SAP applications.
• Drive continuous improvement using SAP capabilities and industry practices.

What you'll need

• At least 12 years of IT experience.
• At least 8 years of SAP experience delivering full-cycle ERP implementations.
• At least 7 years of SAP functional consulting and solution delivery experience.
• Expertise across SAP Finance areas including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking, CO, and CO-PA.
• Experience with global templates, fit-gap analysis, process harmonization, and deployment governance.
• Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 EHP7 or later, Universal Journal, Central Finance, and financial closing.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related subject, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• SAP certification in a related module.
• ITIL qualification.
• Exposure to SAP HANA and S/4HANA environments.
• Experience in Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, or Life Sciences.
