SAP FSCM - Senior Associate

Overview

Senior Associate role focused on SAP Finance consulting, specifically SAP FSCM. You’ll analyze client requirements, implement SAP FSCM solutions, and provide training and support.

What you'll do

• Analyze client requirements and implement software solutions for SAP finance applications.
• Provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP finance applications.
• Proactively assist in managing a portfolio of clients and report to senior managers.
• Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
• Adhere to SLAs and support incident, change, and problem management.
• Assist in managing and delivering large projects, including project management across multiple projects.
• Train, coach, and supervise staff to support personal development.

What you'll need

• 6-10 years of experience (role experience range).
• 6+ years’ experience with end-to-end FICO functional knowledge and technical acumen for SAP ECC.
• At least 1 full life cycle implementation with hands-on design and configuration.
• Experience in support engagements including defect resolution, incident & release management for SAP ECC.
• Strong experience as an SAP FSCM functional consultant (or similar role).
• In-depth knowledge of SAP FSCM modules: Credit Management, Collections Management, and Dispute Management.
• Experience with requirement gathering, fit/gap analysis, design, testing, and support.
