SAP GRC Security - Senior Associate

Overview

As a SAP GRC Security Senior Associate, you will deliver SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions, helping clients manage risks, strengthen controls, and improve business processes.

What you'll do

• Analyze client requirements and implement security measures within SAP applications.
• Develop strategies to improve regulatory compliance and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to streamline processes.
• Use SAP GRC tools to support compliance auditing and governance frameworks.
• Implement corrective actions and remediation designs for compliance issues.
• Develop and oversee compliance programs protecting sensitive data.
• Apply data analytics to identify inefficiencies and optimize performance.

What you'll need

• At least 2 years of experience delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions.
• Experience with auditing, advisory, and implementation engagements.
• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• Oral proficiency in English.
• Written proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications aligned to enterprise system integration and platform delivery.
• Proficiency in SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance.
• Experience with SAP BW/4HANA for data analytics and reporting.
• Experience developing compliance programs and governance frameworks.
• Experience implementing corrective actions and remediation designs.
