SAP HCM Time, Senior Associate

Overview

Senior SAP HCM Time Consultant responsible for delivering and supporting SAP Time Management (PT) solutions, aligned with HR and Payroll processes.

What you'll do

• Lead analysis, design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Time Management (PT) solutions.
• Provide expert support for Time Evaluation, Absence/Attendance Management, Shift Planning, and Payroll interfaces.
• Run requirement-gathering workshops with global stakeholders and translate needs into functional specifications.
• Perform enhancements, testing (unit, regression, integration), and documentation per delivery standards.
• Troubleshoot complex time evaluation issues and propose optimized solutions.
• Handle AMS operations including incidents, service requests, and minor enhancements with SLA compliance.
• Train users and junior consultants on best practices and process improvements.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of experience in SAP Time Management consulting.
• Strong expertise in Time Evaluation schemas and PCRs.
• Strong expertise in Absence/Attendance configuration.
• Experience integrating with Payroll (SAP HCM or EC Payroll).
• Requirement of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, HR Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience working in international/multicultural delivery teams.
