SAP - MM - Senior Associate

Overview

Implement, configure and maintain SAP Materials Management solutions within PwC's Technology Consulting practice at the Acceleration Center in Bangalore, supporting purchase-to-pay process design, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing and documentation for client engagements.

What you'll do

• Lead SAP MM workstreams across purchase to pay, inventory management, and procurement process design
• Translate client requirements into functional specifications, process flows, blueprint materials, and design documentation
• Configure SAP MM for material master, purchasing, account determination, invoice verification, and stock transport scenarios
• Support FI-MM integration, SD and FICO touchpoints, and external application connections across business processes
• Conduct fit-gap analysis, AS-IS assessments, and functional delta reviews for SAP S/4HANA conversion efforts
• Manage vendor master harmonization, open PO migration, GR/IR alignment, and invoice consistency activities during brownfield transitions
• Prepare test scripts, execute system testing, and validate results after upgrades or configuration changes
• Create workshop decks and present proposed process designs to client stakeholders
• Develop process definition documents and business process procedures to document solution design and business requirements
• Apply knowledge of EWM, special procurement scenarios, Ariba integration, and source to pay transformation
• Support daily and weekly status discussions with onsite teams and maintain productive client relationships
• Contribute to process optimization through automation, data quality improvements, and AI-enabled tools

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English

Nice to have

• At least one of the following: one or more SAP certifications in SAP Procurement solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement, SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, or related spend management credentials
• Demonstrating SAP MM configuration across purchase to pay workstreams
• Managing FI-MM integration and cross-functional client support
• Creating blueprint decks, process flows, PDDs, and BPPs
• Leading fit-gap analysis and S/4HANA conversion workstreams
• Supporting EWM integration, invoice verification, and inventory management
