SAP Security Consultant

Overview

SAP Security Consultant (Senior Consultant) responsible for designing and operating SAP security, access governance (GRC), and compliance across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.

What you'll do

• Design and configure SAP roles including master/derived roles and SAP Fiori catalogs, groups, spaces, and pages.
• Implement and run SAP GRC Access Control for Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Access Request Management (ARM), and Emergency Access Management.
• Monitor and resolve Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts, and support audit readiness and regulatory policies (SOX/GDPR).
• Troubleshoot daily authorization failures and access incidents using SU53, ST01, and SUIM.
• Manage security policies and user roles/authorizations/profile management across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, SAP Business Objects, and SAP BTP.
• Lead SoD assessments, review SoD violations, and propose remediation plans.
• Lead and mentor SAP Security professionals and collaborate with SAP Basis, SAP functional teams, IT, and Compliance.

What you'll need

• 8+ years specializing in SAP security with direct implementation or migration experience in SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong command of HANA database security.
• Experience with user provisioning workflows.
• Knowledge of cloud integration concepts including SAML, OAuth, SSO, and BTP.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
