  • Process and review point-cloud data, including registration, alignment, georeferencing, cleaning and optimisation.
  • Develop accurate Scan-to-BIM / as-built models from point clouds and supporting survey information.
  • Model Architectural, Structural and MEP elements to project-defined LOD/LOIN and accuracy requirements.
  • Create and modify BIM families/components for project-specific and non-standard assets.
  • Maintain correct coordinates, levels, grids, model structure and project parameters.
  • Perform QA/QC and dimensional accuracy checks against point clouds and specified project tolerances.
  • Support multidisciplinary model coordination and clash detection.
  • Prepare BIM models, drawings and associated deliverables in accordance with project requirements.
  • Follow project BEP, CDE, naming convention, revision control and information management procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with Geospatial, Survey, BIM and Engineering teams to resolve modelling queries and data gaps.
  • Deliver assigned tasks in accordance with agreed quality, programme and budget requirements.
