Survey Programmer

Overview

Survey Programmer role on Konovo's hybrid Whitefield, Bengaluru team, delivering healthcare market research survey programs for global clients using in-house AI technology, working EST hours (6:30pm IST - 3:30am IST).

What you'll do

• Work closely with Client Services to enhance delivery of survey programs and successful projects.
• Ensure clients are delighted with the programming process by delivering well-written, accurate programs.
• Help solidify internal and external relationships through proactive and effective communication and efficiency.
• Leverage industry standard and proprietary AI technology.
• Partner and communicate closely with Konovo's global client services, quality control (QC), and data processing (DP) teams.
• Help clients understand project requirements to better fulfill their needs and successfully deliver results on time.

What you'll need

• Proactive and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Three+ years of experience in Market Research Survey Programming.
• Proficiency in Decipher and/or ConfirmIt programming.
• Fluent (speaking, reading, writing) in English.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Strong ability to multi-task.
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-changing environment while navigating challenges collaboratively.
• Comfortable leveraging AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows, improve response quality, and increase speed.
• High attention to detail and proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic about learning to work with new tools.

Nice to have

• Experience within Healthcare Market Research.
• Knowledge of HTML coding and image editing software.
• Familiarity working with large databases.
