SCM Engineer

Overview

SCM Engineer in the Supply Chain Management team, responsible for verifying and analyzing globally prequalified vendor documentation and keeping the vendor list updated.

What you'll do

• Check correctness of supplier invoices and supporting documents against Linxon guidelines.
• Verify mandatory supporting documents are submitted with invoices.
• Confirm invoice amounts match PO milestone payment.
• Create work confirmations in the Linxon ERP system (Oracle).
• Verify supplier prequalification documents provided during onboarding.

What you'll need

• Minimum Engineering Graduate.
• CIPS qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience requirement: minimum 5 years’ experience in lieu of qualification.
• 5 years’ work experience in supply chain, accounting, or finance.
• Good knowledge of Oracle as an ERP system.
• Fluent in English.
