SDET-Client Automation and QA

Overview

Own manual and automated QA for the Axis/Atmos Agent client across desktop and mobile platforms. Validate client workflows, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve automation and regression efficiency.

What you'll do

• Validate assigned features across supported desktop and mobile platforms.
• Develop automated test cases and common automation libraries.
• Integrate test suites with CI pipelines and triage execution failures.
• Design and execute functional, regression, integration, upgrade, and customer workflow tests.
• Debug client, operating system, network, configuration, and environment issues.
• Reproduce customer issues and provide technical analysis with logs and evidence.
• Participate in defect triage, release readiness, test planning, and cross-functional quality activities.

What you'll need

• 5–8 years of relevant industry experience.
• BE or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Hands-on QA experience with enterprise client applications across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Strong Python programming experience.
• Experience with client-application automation on desktop and mobile platforms.
• Understanding of networking, secure access technologies, authentication, and endpoint diagnostics.
• Exposure to Playwright, Selenium, or Appium.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Zscaler, Netskope, Palo Alto GlobalProtect, Cisco AnyConnect/Secure Client, Fortinet FortiClient, Check Point, Cloudflare WARP, or similar technologies.
