SecOps Architect I

Overview

Senior AI Security & MLSecOps Architect to secure o9’s GenAI platform and build AI/ML-driven security operations for adversarial detection, prediction, and response.

What you'll do

• Own security architecture for the GenAI platform with auditable, governed, stoppable AI agents, models, and integrations.
• Design and enforce agent identity controls, permission scoping, and behavioural baselining for production AI agents.
• Architect an AIBOM/SBOM pipeline for model provenance verification, hash integrity, dependency scanning, and supply-chain trust.
• Implement RAG and prompt security controls including source allowlisting, tenant isolation, PII scrubbing, and indirect prompt-injection detection.
• Build ML models and autonomous security agents to convert telemetry into predictive, actionable defense.
• Design real-time security telemetry pipelines to ingest, normalize, and correlate high-velocity signals into a unified data model.

What you'll need

• 10+ years overall progressive hands-on cybersecurity engineering, AI security, or security data science.
• 3+ years AI security / MLSecOps experience in agent governance, model risk, or RAG security, or operationalising ML for security at production scale.
• Experience building autonomous agents using frameworks such as CrewAI, LangChain, or LangGraph.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise security platforms including EDR, NG-SIEM, SOAR, WAF/ZTNA, or PAM.
• Deep experience securing containerised environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP, including exposure to multi-tenant SaaS architectures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering (Master’s highly preferred).
