Overview

Securities Operations Associate supporting business initiatives, operational risk monitoring, and management reporting for Securities Operations.

What you'll do

• Lead and support Securities Operations initiatives and projects by coordinating with stakeholders to drive execution.
• Monitor operational risk, incidents, and controls, including incident tracking and escalation.
• Analyze operational data, performance metrics, and trends to develop management reporting and insights.
• Drive process optimization and automation using tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, and Xceptor.
• Build actionable recommendations for senior leadership to support decision-making.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of Securities Operations experience, or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Prior banking-sector experience is required.
• Experience in business analysis and/or project management to support initiatives from planning through execution.
• Stakeholder management skills, including leading discussions with senior management and cross-functional partners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Power BI, Alteryx, and Xceptor.

• Shift expectations: 2:30PM–11:30pm or 3:30pm–12:30am.
