Security Architect

Overview

Security Architect to define cloud security framework and architecture, document cloud security controls, and transition to cloud security-managed operations.

What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day network security operations for firewalls, VPNs, IPS/IDS, proxies, WAFs, DDoS systems, and segmentation.
• Maintain continuous availability, performance, and health of network security infrastructure.
• Review and optimize firewall policies, NAT rules, URL filtering, and IPS signatures.
• Develop and implement secure network architecture including Zero Trust segmentation and hybrid/cloud connectivity.
• Lead team management for network security engineers and ensure SLA/OLA compliance.
• Act as SME during network-related security incidents and support SOC/IR with analysis and investigation.
• Maintain security standards, documentation, and conduct firewall audits, recertifications, and access reviews.

What you'll need

• Minimum 12 years of experience (project requirement).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Network Security Operations (additional requirement).
• Network Security Operations is required.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Next-Generation Firewall, IPS/IDS, and VPN.
• Experience with firewall policy design and optimization.
• Knowledge of network protocols including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
• Scripting knowledge (Python, PowerShell, Bash) is an added advantage.
