Security Engineer - Directory Services

Overview

Directory Services Engineer role supporting identity and directory technologies to help secure and enable the enterprise environment.

What you'll do

• Monitor the health and performance of Active Directory environments.
• Support routine maintenance like patching, upgrades, and configuration changes for domain controllers.
• Troubleshoot directory service issues and escalate complex problems.
• Perform day-to-day administration for Active Directory, Active Roles Server (ARS), CyberArk, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Execute operational tasks, document procedures and configurations, and assist with project activities.
• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities and help develop scripts/workflows.

What you'll need

• 1-3 years of experience supporting Windows infrastructure, Active Directory, identity management, or related technologies.
• Foundational knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory environments.
• Interest in identity and access management technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• PowerShell scripting experience is listed as an exposure area.
