Overview
Security Manager responsible for safety and security at a designated site in Hyderabad.
What you'll do
- Prevent security lapses and respond as the first responder for emergency and non-emergency situations.
- Perform security planning, risk assessment, and develop guarding strategies.
- Supervise security staff, assign and monitor work, and provide daily security procedure training.
- Maintain and update security policies, checklists, and the security procedure manual.
- Patrol designated areas, use surveillance/access control/alarm systems, and control building access.
- Conduct security investigations and prepare incident reports.
- Coordinate emergency actions, including facilitating movement/transfer of injured persons to hospitals.
What you'll need
- 6–8 years security experience.
- Degree holder.
- Ability to communicate well orally and in writing.
- Analytical and meticulous working style.
- Integrity in performing assigned tasks.
- Ability to develop short-term and long-term security solutions using logical thought processes.
- Working knowledge of building security panels and fire/life safety code requirements.
