Security Sales Engineer, SLED

Overview

Security Sales Engineer (SLED) responsible for pre-sales, technical engagements, and driving security solution discussions with customers and partners.

What you'll do

• Partner with the sales team to identify prospects.
• Demonstrate a portfolio of security solutions to protect organizations from threats.
• Educate customers, prospects, and partners on technical, operational, and business challenges.
• Drive meetings to identify customer problems and provide appropriate solutions.
• Answer technical questions, share best-practice insights, and manage proof-of-concepts.
• Respond to RFI and RFP requests.
• Engage and educate key partners and customers on security technologies.

What you'll need

• 4-8 years of engineering and pre-sales experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of typical customer networks.
• Ability to create end-to-end security solutions for customer environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., CCNP, CISSP, CCSA, CCSE).
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
