Security Engineer (New York)

Overview

Security Engineer (New York) focused on pre-sales and security solutions for customer needs, threats, and operational protection.

What you'll do

• Work with the sales team to identify prospects.
• Demonstrate a portfolio of security solutions to protect organizations from threats.
• Educate customers, prospects, and partners on technical and business security challenges and solutions.
• Drive meetings with potential and existing customers to identify problems and recommend solutions.
• Answer technical questions, share best-practice insight, and manage Proof-of-Concepts.
• Respond to RFIs and RFPs and engage key partners on latest security technologies.
• Participate in cybersecurity events.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of engineering and pre-sales experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of typical customers' networks.
• Ability to create an end-to-end security solution for a customer environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Relevant certifications preferred: CCNP, CISSP, CCSA, or CCSE.
