Select Major Account Executive (CST)

Overview

Remote Major Account Executive role focused on revenue growth in new and existing enterprise customers. Own complex sales engagements from prospecting through close and build executive-level relationships within strategic accounts.

What you'll do

• Develop executive-level relationships within strategic named accounts
• Own customer engagements from prospecting and qualification through close
• Execute solution-based sales processes in complex campaigns
• Conduct strategic outbound prospecting to expand the pipeline
• Build customer relationships across physical-operations industries

What you'll need

• 5+ years in a full-cycle closing sales role with enterprise customers
• Consistent quota over-achievement in complex accounts
• Experience with $500,000+ ARR transactions
• Experience owning enterprise deal sizes
• Experience managing C-level relationships
• Comfort with strategic outbound prospecting
• Excellent interpersonal skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• Experience working with Operations, Finance, or IT stakeholders
• Top-achievement awards such as President's Club, Winner's Circle, or Top 10%
• Passion for physical operations

• Annual on-target earnings of $350,000 USD
