Enterprise Account Executive – Warehouse Robotics (North America)

Overview

Own new enterprise business across North America for autonomous mobile robot fleets delivered as robotics-as-a-service to large fulfillment and distribution operations. Build pipeline, lead complex evaluations, negotiate subscription agreements, and close deals.

What you'll do

• Build a self-sourced pipeline across 3PLs, retailers, e-commerce brands, and parts distributors.
• Develop account plans across operations, engineering, finance, and executive stakeholders.
• Lead deals from discovery through site visits, pilots or proofs of concept, and signature.
• Present business cases tied to labor productivity, cost per unit, throughput, and payback.
• Structure RaaS agreements covering fleet sizing, term, pricing, and expansion.
• Maintain forecasts and disciplined CRM records.
• Collaborate on handoffs, fleet expansions, and product feedback.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience.
• Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience closing $250K–$1M+ complex deals with 6–12 month sales cycles.
• Experience selling to operations, engineering, finance, and executive buyers.
• Ability to build pipeline from scratch and defend ROI cases.
• CRM and structured sales methodology proficiency.
• Working knowledge of warehouse and distribution operations.

Nice to have

• Supply chain automation sales experience.
• Subscription, RaaS, or recurring-revenue sales experience.
• Network of North American distribution operations and supply chain leaders.

Details

• Remote in the United States.
• Regular travel across North America and periodic visits to the San Mateo, California headquarters.
• Base salary: $150,000 USD.
• On-target earnings and uncapped variable compensation are available in addition to base salary.
