Senior Account Manager

Overview

Senior Account Manager focused on engaging clients, bidding on RFPs, supporting existing accounts, and winning new business in the market research space.

What you'll do

• Own the bidding process, including understanding project costs and feasibility.
• Achieve revenue, profitability, and sales growth targets by building client relationships.
• Manage contracts and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities for existing business.
• Organize client and internal kickoff calls, develop proposals, and deliver sales communications.
• Consult with clients on sample design and business issues, adapting approach to meet client needs.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Research Managers to execute project specifications and deliver quality results.
• Act as liaison between Sales and Project Managers and help ensure seamless project execution.

What you'll need

• 4–5 years of professional market research experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong relationship building and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize requests.
• Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work in IST shift hours.
