Overview

Senior Agentic Engineer on an AI platform, building backend services and low-latency systems to detect sensitive data at massive scale.

What you'll do

• Build highly available, secure authentication and API services.
• Maintain and evolve mission-critical internal databases and services.
• Architect and operate auto-scaling, real-time data infrastructure for search.
• Design agentic systems for concurrent workflows while optimizing LLM accuracy, cost, and scalability.
• Build observability for customer usage and performance insights.
• Write and maintain documentation for internal and public services.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience with technical leadership in scalable, distributed architectures.
• Expertise in one or more systems/high-level programming languages (Python, Go, Java, or C++).
• Experience running scalable (thousands of RPS) and reliable (three 9’s) systems.
• Experience building search and agentic AI systems at massive scale (ingestion, summarization, semantic/classic search, agent orchestration).
• Experience scaling complex software to substantial data volumes or millions of users with production deployment, monitoring, and reliability.
• Experience with large-scale distributed storage and databases (SQL or NoSQL, e.g., Postgres, Cassandra).
• Experience building and maintaining real-time/large-scale data processing pipelines using Kafka, Flink, Snowflake, Hadoop, or Zookeeper.
