Overview

Senior AI/ML Operations Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain reliable AI/ML Ops platforms, pipelines, and monitoring.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain stable AI/ML Ops platforms and pipelines.
• Package and deploy AI/ML services to production with reproducibility and interpretability.
• Build automated CI/CD pipelines to accelerate model deployment.
• Provision and optimize infrastructure for training and serving.
• Implement monitoring for model performance, data drift, and latency.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and software engineers on productionization.
• Manage versioning and governance for data, code, and models.

What you'll need

• Experience building and maintaining AI/ML Ops platform systems for scalability, reliability, efficiency, and security.
• In-depth experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools involving large-scale (petabytes) data with the Databricks Lakehouse ecosystem.
• Experience with AI/MLOps workflows on Databricks and MLflow, plus Mosaic AI Agent Framework, Unity Catalog, Vector Search, and Knowledge Graph.
• Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph for pipeline integration.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Programming experience with Python and SQL.
• Modern software engineering practices including Kubernetes, CI/CD, and IAC tools (preferably Terraform).
