Senior Analyst

Overview

Senior Specialist in Business Operations and Strategic Enablement supporting organizational effectiveness through process excellence, cross-functional coordination, governance, change management, and business transformation initiatives.

What you'll do

• Drive operational excellence and process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate and support strategic programs and cross-functional projects.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, documentation, and operating procedures.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and collaboration across teams.
• Support change management and adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working.
• Develop and maintain knowledge repositories, training materials, and best practices.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Champion innovation, automation, and digital enablement opportunities.
• Support leadership with business reviews, planning activities, and execution tracking.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related discipline.
• 5-8 years of experience in Business Operations, Program Management, Operational Excellence, Change Management, or Strategic Enablement.

Nice to have

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience leading process improvement or transformation initiatives.
• Skills desired: Alteryx, Analytical Thinking, Brand Awareness, Business Networking, Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications (MarCom), Marketing Planning, Marketing Strategies, Media Campaigns, Process Documentation, Statistical Analysis.
