Overview

Senior Analyst, AI Implementation to turn AI initiatives across content lifecycle into working, reliable production systems.

What you'll do

• Own one or more workstreams end-to-end, from scoping to building with Python and running production systems with monitoring.
• Design prompt-based workflows, retrieval pipelines, and evaluation harnesses focused on quality, cost, and reliability.
• Collaborate with Technology, Product, Compliance, and Data teams to integrate builds into the wider stack toward deployment.
• Set engineering standards (code review, testing, documentation) and coach Analysts.
• Diagnose and resolve data-quality and performance issues, making pragmatic trade-offs under constraints.
• Support the team roadmap by surfacing high-value opportunities and flagging risks early.

What you'll need

• 2–5 years of experience building and shipping software or data/ML systems in production.
• Strong Python and experience taking work from prototype to production with testing and monitoring.
• Practical experience with LLM workflows (prompting, retrieval, evaluation).
• Ability to work independently within a workstream and communicate defensible trade-offs.
• Comfort translating fuzzy business problems into concrete, shippable systems.
• Early leadership signals, including mentoring juniors and owning outcomes.
